SPGTC Exhibition Information

The SPGTC represents your prime opportunity to network and showcase your company to important industry executives and senior technical professionals. Exhibit space is limited and available only on a first come first served basis, so sign up early!

Tabletop Exhibit Package

  • Public introduction of your company at the opening ceremony
  • Complete list of symposium participants
  • One full conference registration with ticket to lunch

Exhibit Hours

Exhibits are open May 12th, 2011 from 10:00AM-4:00PM.

Installation is on Thursday, May 12th from 8:30AM to 9:30AM. Dismantle: on Thursday, May 12th from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM.

Designed to maximize exposure and minimize wasted time, scheduling is synchronized with symposium activities. This includes all breaks, and lunch being held in the exhibit area with food and beverage service areas dispersed close proximity to the tabletop exhibits. There are opportunities to interact with potential customers and industry experts in an intimate atmosphere. Each exhibitor receives one full conference pass. Additional personnel may register for conference as desired.

Fee & Registration

Exhibit fee is US $500. After April 15th the free conference registration is no longer included in exhibition fee.
Exhibition fee is waived for sponsors at $2K level or higher.
